Return Eligibility

You received a damaged product

You received an incorrect item

Size issues (only if the request is genuine and the product is unused)

Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

All tags and packaging should be intact

Return request must be raised within 5 days of delivery

Our team will review and arrange a return pickup where applicable

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for size issues (subject to availability). If the required size is not available, you may choose a refund or store credit.

Refund Policy

Prepaid orders: Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after quality check

COD orders: Refund will be issued via bank transfer or store credit

How The Process Works

Our team reviews and arranges return pickup (if applicable)

Item is inspected and exchange or refund is processed

Important Notes

Returns will not be accepted if the product is used, washed, or damaged by the customer

Requests raised after 5 days of delivery will not be accepted

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet our policy criteria
